Samaritans Purse is the parent organization for the shoebox ministry Operation Christmas Child. Every year millions of boxes are donated and shipped out across the world. Before the boxes get shipped they have to be sorted and inspected at 9 different facilities across the US. This year we volunteered to help with the process at the largest facility in Charlotte, NC. We had a fantastic time working alongside our friends Trena, Rachel, and Adri. It was a very rewarding experience and something we hope to make a family tradition.
