Tastes like chicken...hmmm not really, more like pork fat. Every day can be a new adventure if you're willing to experiment a little. Today we ordered fried gator tail with our lunch. The boys seem to enjoy it the most as they were the only ones who had a second bite. After lunch we headed to the legendary Magnolia Plantation. The Drayton family has owned and operated the plantation for over 300 years. Unfortunately the spring blooms in the garden were past their prime but we did get to admire the live oaks, gators and turtles.
